Our winter programme of suppers, celebratory dinners and events begins with a Wednesday supper on 7th October, and the Galley is the hub of these events.
To help plan this programme, we hold a Galley meeting every year when we try to put names of helpers against dates of these events. We can only deliver social events with the help of volunteers, so it is important that anyone who is able to help in any way, from leading the cooking for an event, offering to peel or chop or volunteering to help serve or set up, comes along to the meeting to offer their services.
Your Club needs you, and planned events without volunteers to help, won’t happen!
This year, we are holding the Galley meeting on Sunday September 6th from 10.30 (and there will be cake!)
If you are able to come, please let Rosemary or Sally know at galley@woodbridgecruisingclub.org and similarly, if you are unable to come to the meeting but would like to be involved, let us know so that we can pencil you in.
